Biorhythms reflect natural cycles in your life. Physical, Intellectual, and Emotional. Each of these three cycles have different periods: 23 days, 33 days, and 28 days, respectively, starting on the day of your birth.

Each day of your life has a combination of three numbers that can be calculated to tell you where you stand in each of your three cycles for that day. There are positive and negative sides of each cycle, as well as "critical" and "mini-critical" points along the way.

All that is needed is your birthdate, so one can calculate the number of days you have been alive. It is a simple matter of mathematics at that point to determine where you are at in each of your three biorhythm cycles.
